AS ROMA at SHAKTAR<?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-comfficeffice" /><o></o>
I had this game penciled in right after AS Roma 1-1 tie with Olympiakos. The Romans require a mere 1 point to advance to the next round, yet I feel that this team will not play for such a result.<o></o>
I am not keen with the fact that they are coming off a huge trashing of <?xml:namespace prefix = st1 ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-comffice:smarttags" /><st1:City><st1lace>Catania</st1lace></st1:City> (Bond was in the house with that 7-0 massacre) – after such results, teams have a tendency to deflate. Anyways, if anyone out there can convince me that there is a remote chance that Roma can lose to Shaktar, please let me know how… (maybe an own goal in their own net, or maybe a penalty kick or two from a Fifa ref that was bribed. The dream line would be to get AS Roma at PK minus whatever. Still, I have a feeling that this club wants to win, and more importantly, wants to score. As you look ahead to to their last game in the qualifying round, vs Valencia (we will talk about that massacre when the time comes on the 5th of December), you know that it would be beneficial that they dispose of a team like Shaktar with a win and not a tie, this will have huge positive impact leading up to that game.<o></o>
THE PLAY: AS ROMA to WIN at +110 (14 units)<o></o>
Since deflation might come into play I will protect this with (6 units on the draw at +220)<o></o>

GALATASARAY at <st1:City><st1lace>BORDEAUX</st1lace></st1:City>.<o></o>
With all the potential “over” available on this card, you might ask why would I consider this game. It’s mad I know, especially with <st1:City><st1lace>Bordeaux</st1lace></st1:City> having yet to score a goal. Yet take a close look at the match-up, both these teams have nothing to play for, and experimentation might be in play as these two face eachother.<o></o>
THE PLAY: OVER 2 GOALS -120 (4 units) – Certainly not for the faint of heart.<o></o>

3 Team Madman parlay:<o></o>
Bayern Munich to win -110<o></o>
Roma over 2.5 +100<o></o>

1.5 units to win 10.4<o></o>

Cheers and good luck,<o></o>
